Blake entered the financial services industry in the 90’s as a Series 7 licensed stockbroker. When he started, he tried every type of lead generation, networking, referrals, direct mail and pre-set appointments. He struggled to build up his client base and was desperate for something that would work. One day one of the brokers in the office was sick and he was asked to step in and present the seminar. That night, Blake stood in front of the group and read each PowerPoint slide to the audience. The next morning Blake was amazed to find three people waiting at the office wanting to meet with him. He moved his first million dollar account from his first seminar and had over $50 million in assets under management after 2 years of doing seminars. Ever since then, he has had a passion for seminars and marketing.
Blake has previously been a Partner with one of the largest FMO’s in the country, personally conducted hundreds of financial seminars and currently holds a Life and Health insurance license in the state of Texas

Nohemy has over fifteen years’ experience in the financial seminars industry. She has personally reviewed and approved tens of thousands of seminar orders. She has done every step of the seminar process herself including seminar confirmation callbacks, appointment reminder calls and attended dozens of advisors seminars. She uses this experience to help financial professionals and their appointment setters have more successful seminars. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Blake, and her grown children and grandchildren.

John brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has personally done seminars for many financial service firms while working as an RVP for AIG and Protective Life. John also understands the hard work it takes to succeed in this industry. He worked as a Sales Manager for Met Life and Prudential for 10 years, where his primary duties where to coach new representatives on how to be successful. John understands the power of a seminar done correctly and its impact on a representatives business.

Carrie began her journey in the financial world industry through Foreign Exchange (FX). She became an expert helping bring new Commercial Foreign Exchange (CFX) accounts by building relationships with her clients and watching out for their best interest in such a volatile market. Over the past 7 years, she has grown to facilitate other areas in the financial market and prides herself in learning new skills. She is excellent at offering creative ideas that will add valuable information to your mail piece or to just bounce new ideas around and listen to her run with them. Carrie is very helpful and quick to figure out solutions to problems. She is a great asset to our team!
Albert is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who helps clients attain their financial goals through proactive guidance and ongoing consultation. With over 14 years of investment management experience as an advisor in both brokerage and private wealth management environments, he has helped a number of clients in the areas of Tax Planning, Insurance Planning, Retirement Planning & Estate Planning. For the last 6 years, he has primarily worked with high net-worth individuals in a private bank environment.
Bruce offers over two decades of business experience in sales and marketing to assist you with your seminar marketing success. Before starting his business career, Bruce was proudly serving our country as a Marine in Okinawa and Saigon and is best known for being on the cover of Time magazine.
If you read any of the major insurance or financial services publications, you have seen Rosie’s design work. With over 15 years’ experience, she can help you create a professional marketing campaign to help brand and market your company. Rosie has created and designed thousands of seminar invitations and marketing materials for the top companies and producers in the country.
Kassie has been working with ZipTek since July of 2009. She is great with concentrating on what the client needs and getting it done in a timely manner. She assists with Graphic Design and helps with our new mailer designs. If there is ever something that needs to get done, we can always rely on her.
Kassie is happily married and lives in Houston, TX with her husband Chris and their dogs, Mia and Molly. In September of 2016 they welcomed their first son, Jackson. Through her husbands’ love of sports, she has become a big fan of the Houston Texans, Houston Astros and Texas Longhorns. Kassie spends a lot of her free time traveling, antiquing and spending quality time with close friends and family.
Tim works as a Graphic Designer and helps with our Agent/Broker scrubs. Tim was born in Massachusetts and lived there his whole life until he moved to Texas in July of 2014 to live with his girlfriend. They have a Bengal cat named Freya. During his off time he’s a PC enthusiast and enjoys playing computer games and trying out new recipes. Although he isn’t a huge sports fan, he follows the Patriots and has remained a loyal fan.
