Blake entered the financial services industry in the 90’s as a Series 7 licensed stockbroker. When he started, he tried every type of lead generation, networking, referrals, direct mail and pre-set appointments. He struggled to build up his client base and was desperate for something that would work. One day one of the brokers in the office was sick and he was asked to step in and present the seminar. That night, Blake stood in front of the group and read each PowerPoint slide to the audience. The next morning Blake was amazed to find three people waiting at the office wanting to meet with him. He moved his first million dollar account from his first seminar and had over $50 million in assets under management after 2 years of doing seminars. Ever since then, he has had a passion for seminars and marketing.
Blake was previously a Managing Partner with one of the largest FMO’s in the country, personally conducted hundreds of financial seminars, approved member of the National Ethics Association and currently holds a Life and Health insurance license in the state of Texas.

Nohemy has over fifteen years’ experience in the financial seminars industry. She has personally reviewed and approved tens of thousands of seminar orders. She has done every step of the seminar process herself including seminar confirmation callbacks, appointment reminder calls and attended dozens of advisors seminars. She uses this experience to help financial professionals and their appointment setters have more successful seminars. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Blake, and her five grown children and two grandchildren.
VP of Sales
Lindsey works as VP of Sales at Financial Seminar Services. She attended Sam Houston State University for her Bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Science as well as a minor in Communications. With a background in sales & event planning, she enjoys assisting financial professionals in having successful seminars.
Lindsey is happily married and loves spending her free time with her husband and two beautiful daughters. They like to fish, go on walks, or do anything outdoors together.

Ally Oakes joined Financial Seminar Services as VP of Sales after working for one of the top financial marketing organizations in the country. For nearly a decade, she worked with independent financial advisors across the country to master their sales process, marketing campaigns, and operational efficiencies. In addition to her extensive industry experience, she offers a high level of responsiveness and a passion to see those around her succeed. In her spare time, Ally enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and their two young children: Harper and Camden.

With over 15 years’ experience, she can help you create a professional marketing campaign to help brand and market your company. Rosie has created and designed thousands of seminar invitations and marketing materials for the top companies and producers in the country.

Kassie has been working with Financial Seminar Services since July of 2009. She is great with concentrating on what the client needs and getting it done in a timely manner. She assists with Graphic Design and helps with our new mailer designs. If there is ever something that needs to get done, we can always rely on her.
Kassie is happily married and lives in Houston, TX with her husband Chris and their dog Molly.

Tim works as a Graphic Designer. Tim was born in Massachusetts and lived there his whole life until he moved to Texas in July of 2014 to live with his girlfriend. They have a Bengal cat named Freya. During his off time he’s a PC enthusiast and enjoys playing computer games and trying out new recipes. Although he isn’t a huge sports fan, he follows the Patriots and has remained a loyal fan.

Nallely (Na-ye-lee) Gallegos

Nallely is the Accounting Manager at Financial Seminar Services. In 2010 she began her career working in the printing and marketing industry while attending Lonestar College for her accounting degree. She has a passion for assisting others and the determination necessary to get the job done. When she is not in the office, Nallely enjoys spending time with her husband and two adorable sons.
Roxane works as an Administrative Assistant for Financial Seminar Services. She has three years of administrative experience and over eight years of customer service experience. She always has a pleasant and helpful demeaner when answering calls and helping clients. When she is not working, she likes to read or work on her art. Roxane is also a huge animal lover and she and her fiancé live with their two cats and wolf dog hybrid.
